Can I see the fabric before placing an order?

That is possible, you are very welcome to come and view our stock of sample books by appointment.

 

Are all fabrics in stock?

Almost all fabrics are in stock, but spread across different locations and warehouses.

 

What is the delivery time?

The standard delivery time for furniture fabrics is 5 to 8 working days, unless otherwise stated for your product.

We have other products in Oud-Beijerland and we deliver them within 1-3 working days as standard.

Is there a warranty on the furniture and curtain fabric?

Quality and good service are very important for Dominikq furniture fabrics. If there is an error in the fabric from the manufacturing process, you can of course return it.

NB! Check your furniture fabric in advance, unfortunately we cannot take back processed or cut furniture fabrics and sofa springs.

Can I order fabrics that are not online?

That is possible. Dominikq Meubelstoffen is busy putting all possible fabrics online on the new website. Our range of furniture and curtain fabrics is many times larger than what is currently available online. In the near future we will work hard to put all fabrics online and will therefore regularly add something new.

Can I also order less than 1 meter?

No that is impossible. All fabrics are sold from 1 meter with an increasing meter per 10 cm.

 

As a company, can I order large floor areas?

Yes, that is possible at a competitive and fair B2B price. Contact us without obligation for a competitive offer.

 

The invoice states the number of items x10cm for furniture fabrics, what does this mean?

That's right, you order fabrics from us per 10 centimeters. The number of pieces is the number of times you want to order 10 centimeters. Suppose you need 360 centimeters of fabric, you will see 36 pieces registered in your shopping cart.

We mainly send parcels with Post NL, if you prefer a different company you can indicate this with your order. The costs for this may differ from the standard shipping costs.

 

What is the shipping time?

We aim to dispatch products within 1 working day. All curtain and furniture fabrics within 3 to 5 working days. If this differs, we will always contact you.

 

What are the shipping costs?

The Netherlands
Shipping costs for rolls of fabric start from €6.95 within the Netherlands. Shipping costs are free for an order value greater than €75.

Europe
Outside the Netherlands, shipping costs start from €8.95 per order. Shipping costs are free for an order value of €250 or more.

Outside of Europe
These costs depend on the country, we recommend that you contact us so that we can discuss the options and additional costs.
 

Returns

Can I also return an order?

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@upholsteryfabicbrands.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
